Mediating role of employee empowerment for transformational leadership and job satisfaction

The study aimed to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. In addition, it analyzes whether employee empowerment mediates mentioned relationship. Data were collected from 228 employees of pharmaceutical companies in Jordan (Al Hayat Pharmaceutical Industries, Al Hikma Company, Swedish Medical Products). employed SPSS for data analysis hypotheses testing. findings reveal a statistically significant impact on satisfaction, empowerment, satisfaction through Jordanian firms. Furthermore, results showed that beta value represents relative importance, where intellectual stimulation factor reached highest level size dependent variable, its was 0.37 total impact. contrast, inspirational second factor, then idealized influence with 0.30, while smallest shown by dimension individualized consideration approximately 0.151. This result indicates leader’s weak interest respect subordinates. recommended adopting leadership, supporting empowering them, conducting more studies future.
